Assignment and Stock Photograpy Terms and Fees

Assignment Photography:

The commissioning client, upon payment for a photo assignment is granted a basic license which allows
for non-exclusive rights to use the photos in portfolios, brochures, job sheets, web, competitions, and awards.

Use in editorial and advertising is additional and billed on a per picture per use basis. inquires into the
use of assignment photographs should be directed to George.

The commissioning client may opt to add a non-exclusive editorial and/or advertising license to a basic license
at the time of the commission and a small fee would be added to the assignment for each license.

If the commissioning client would like films and/or a CD containing the photographs a small fee would be
added to the assignment.

Split Fees: When a commissioning client wishes to split assignment fees with one or more additional parties
a small fee would be added to the assignment for each additional party. One bill will be rendered by me to the
commissioning client and it is up to that client to determine how to split the bill with the other parties. A basic
license would be passed on to each additional party

Finished Prints: The printing of all photographs for portfolios and display are commissioned through me. This
is to make certain that they are printed to my standards and include my copyright.

Stock Photography:

Use of stock photos is handled on a per picture per use basis. inquires into the use of stock photographs
